Community Health Free Clinic

Founded in 2002, Community Health Free Clinic is a nonprofit organization with a mission to alleviate human pain and suffering by providing access to and delivery of compassionate healthcare.  CHFC provides free medical, dental, vision and prescription services for those without access to or the ability to pay for health care in the community.  CHFC never charges for services and is not reimbursed by the government.  CHFC is funded through the generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations.
