CommUnity Services Crisis and Food Bank

CommUnity Crisis Services and Food Bank is a volunteer-driven organization that provides immediate, non-judgmental support for individuals facing emotional, food, or financial crisis. CommUnity’s Crisis Intervention team operates the 24-hour crisis line to offer services through phone, chat and text. Mental health counselors are dispatched to homes, schools, emergency rooms and other public places through their Mobile Crisis Outreach program, while the Food Bank provides more than two million pounds of food annually. Additional resources through the Basic Needs Program include housing and utility assistance, identification, new employment work items, bus tickets, box fans, and more.
