Foundation 2

Foundation 2 is a nonprofit human service agency offering crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. The organization is committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention and a foundation for stronger, healthier families with safer communities for everyone. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, crisis chat and text, family counseling, support groups, mobile crisis outreach, an emergency youth shelter, and independent living support for youth.  The Foundation 2 mission is to be a trusted support when life gets tough.  All people.
