Four Oaks Family and Children's Services

Four Oaks Family and Children’s Services helps to eliminate barriers to success in areas including mental and behavioral health, housing, employment and education for youth and families. Programming focuses on empowering children and families to achieve stability, self-sufficiency and permanency to build stronger youth, families and communities. Services include therapy and mental health services, youth residential care, supportive classrooms, alternative housing, and other community-based services for youth, teens, young adults and families. Four Oaks’ unique TotalChild approach helps families build stability across multiple areas of their lives. Centered in the Cedar Rapids community, Four Oaks serves more than 23,000 youth and families across the state of Iowa each year.
